Oh my frakking doorknobs! Does this mean Mr. Ed was another of Topher's experiments gone wrong? Or how about the Original Lassie? And Bruce the Shark sure seemed smarter than the average bear, I mean shark. Do you know what a can of worms you have opened with this little story? No wonder Anya feared rabbits! They are probably all part of The Conspiracy! Cats were bad enough without intelligence! OK, even if cats became super-smart they still wouldn't have the energy to take over the world. Oh, lordy! This so explains the Brain! But nothing explains Pinky.
