I loved it! Great Buffy & Daniel POV...that was fantastic!! I hope to see some sequels to this. *slyly feeds plot bunny carrot cake under the table* I think it could be very interesting to see. & I loved seeing the Buffy/Daniel bonding--especially the simple hug Buffy gave him on his return...& her realization that the Scoobies were stealing her away hurt my heart. Hope Daniel finds a way to contact Buffy in future installments...should the muse allow.

I've actually always thought the Ancients were more or less the same on all fronts as the PtB. They make up a bunch of self contradictory rules and follow them whenever they care to. Because if they didn't, they'd have a fight with the Wolf, the Ram, the Hart, and the Ori, and the universe would be destroyed or something. Sure.
