Got your answer re: Xander's loves... and I /choose/ to consider that the future stories based out of Babylon 5 are entirely due to the fact that the ladies I mentioned were off on another mission when the aliens raided Xander's family, so he took - actually, was forced to take by - Buffy and Anya, so there!! {sticking out tongue in a totally adult manner...}
Lame, yes, but as I said, really a fan of the Xander/Faith/Cordelia linking...
But really happy that the Muses are back whispering - or screaming, whichever works - in your ears, providing us fans and acolytes with the wondrous and amazing fruits of all your imaginations...
Comments from author:
Well, in our minds and possibly elsewhere in the multiverse, anythings is possible, so your idea is quite feasible.
In any event, I'm not going to let this one go unattended the way I did, so you can expect to see another update in the not too distant future.

Love the way things are going. However, Xander really should have upped the fear factor before knocking the Ferret out. Having Malfoy actually pee himself would ensure the lesson stayed with him for a long, long time.
EDIT: Is it ethical to play Wack-a-Mole with a ferret?
Comments from author:
Glad you enjoyed this chapter.
And the plan is to gradually up the fear factor as far as Malfoy and his supporters are concerned, by slapping them down harder each time they stick their heads up out of the hole in the ground they're hiding in. That not only ensures ongoing amusement, it also allows far more public humiliation. ;-)

Most excellent to see you return to The Continuing Adventures Of The Time warriors, as I like to describe it to The Boss. Besides hoping that Xander gets together with Cordie, Faith , or BOTH - for the WIN!!! - I wonder if this Jesse is something like an Immortal a la Highlander... although supposedly earlier scars remained after their Quickening, I think...
Be that as it may, I really like the way your taking this, and poor Sirius! Then again, if he has a half brain and any consideration at all, he'll ask if his estranged kinswoman would like to be re-instated to the Ancient and Noble House of Black; there's gotta be a Gringotts analog/branch in L.A. at least that he could go to for this. Being honest about his concern for Willow and Jesse, as well as Cordelia, /might/ help, but it depends upon how screwed up the elder Rosenburgs are - which considering they routinely abandon their daughter /on the Hellmouth which they are fully aware of, no less!!!/ can be answered by 'Totally batsh*t crazy', I'd say...
Whether she wants back in or not, Sirius needs to get in touch with Andromeda and start weening Dora away from M.O.B.'s Flaming Chicken Club ASAP, and getting the Tonks' back into the A.a.N.Black is also a good start. Besides, Harry and the rest can always use more kinfolk.

Glad you're enjoying the story.
As I've noted in other responses to reviews, Jesse is most definitely not a Highlander Immortal - he's something else entirely, and hints will be dropped in upcoming chapters as to what that 'something' might be.
Xander is not going to be hooking up with either Cordelia or Faith. If you haven't read the other stories in this series yet, I suggest you do so, so you can learn who he does end up with.
Sirius is going to be discussing things with Sheila and Ira very soon, and I'll be attempting to explain why Willow ended up essentially abandoned by them in canon. I will say that Sheila is not going to be very receptive to the idea of Willow attending Hogwarts, anytime soon.
Other developments with regard to the House of Black will be shown in upcoming chapters.

Great to see the gang continuing to be more proactive here, as well as hanging onto their sense of humor, while looking forward to the next tweak they do to Dumbledore, who looks like he's about ready to stroke out before its said and done.
Comments from author:
Ragnarok is going to get *very* proactive in the very near future, and is looking to shake the Wizarding World to its very foundations. ;-)
Albus isn't going to be lucky enough to stroke out. ;-)

Always good to see more of this story buddy, but I'm curious about what's going on with Jesse. Of course, you probably planned that reaction, didn't you? *GRIN* I don't remember it being mentioned, but was there little bolts of lightning running across Jesse's body while he was laying on the beach?
Looking forward to more

Hey, man, glad you enjoyed the chapter.
And yes, of course, I was hoping for that reaction. I will say, though, that Jesse is not a HL Immortal, so there weren't any lightning bolts running across his body on the beach. ;-)

When are the next chapters coming? I hope soon. Can't wait.
Comments from author:
I'm working on the next chapter, but my muse keeps getting distracted by shiny objects and losing her train of thought. Hopefully, it won't be too long 'til it's finished. ;-)

Well, the Sorting went well and I'm quite looking forward to Xander beating Draco's ego, and likely Draco's body, like a drum until the Ferret wises up. Meanwhile, I'd be tempted to suggest to Sirius that going in under a flag of Truce and a flag of Parley and talkign with his cousin would be a very good thing in reducing the complexity of his tasks in Sunnyvale. Was it Sirius who saved and healed Jesse or do we have another player, to be named later, in the mix? 'Twill be most "fascinating" to watch Ragnarok's plans and the situations evolve and develop.
Comments from author:
Well, Ragnarok definitely does have plans for any number of people in present-day Wizarding World society, based on their memories of their previous lives, and it's quite possible that Draco is one of those individuals.
And since no one had any inkling of Jessica's rather unusual past history, any plans that may have been made regarding Sirius' presence in Sunnydale, he's going to have retrench and react to teh situation he's now stuck in.
And no, Sirius was not the one who saved Jesse, but that's all I can say at the moment.
