Review of chapter "Impurity" from RevDorothyL
Review:
I really admire the way you worked the two mythologies together, linking the AtS/BtVS world of vampires and werewolves to the origins of the plague (whose origin was unknown or unmentioned in the "Underworld" canon) which transformed Alexander Corvinus and all his progeny.

I just saw Underworld rise of the Lycianes today and so I just had to read so fan fic concerning this subject. I love this fic let. I can totally see Angel and other of his type of vampire considering the others untrue vamps.

Review:
You’ve done a beautiful job with Fred here. Poor thing - anything that makes her feel intellectually overwhelmed must be pretty complicated. Great explanation of why everything in the Underworld ‘verse is so different from what we have seen of vamps and werewolves. I love the idea of the ritual sheep lost in the mail. Now my Muse is trying to figure out where they might have showed up. How do sheep get lost in transit? Glad I came along late enough in the game for the sequel to be ready and waiting. ~Vesica

Ritual Sheep? Hmm, the accounting department of Enron perhaps?

Your Fred is excellent. I really like to see supporting characters get stories like this. Will any of the Buffy group show up? It would be interesting to see how the Slayer takes the Underworld vamps.

Ooh, this was great! I love how you had Fred discover the mystery and how Angel and Wes handled the issue so calmly while she was so confused. Absolutely loved that bit with Angel and his coffee cup-it made me giggle quite a bit and now people in the school library are looking at me funny . . . Oh well, that seems to happen a lot anyway. Also, thank you for the dedication. It was such a lovely story and a wonderful way to start the day.

Your brain is clearly on high-grade octane lately. This was a beautiful cross into the Joss-verse, and you did it without detracting from the rules of either world. Personally, I like the idea of Fred/Lucian. I think it would be interesting, to say the least.
