So... This is a parallel world where Enterprise was never filmed (or at least, hasn't yet) because they couldn't find somebody good enough to play Archer, but they kept enough of the backstory for the relevant line to pop up in Star Trek 11? Makes sense to me. Lucky Chuck :D

Is this a "same actor" thing? Because I haven't seen but some of first season Chuck, and have decline the reboot as of yet.

It is. The man who played Captain Archer in Enterprise (who mention is made of in Reboot) also plays Chuck's father in the second season.

Good story, except for one problem. I can't figure out why he went "Wuh?" and why his brain broke.

The 'Wuh?' part was basically Chuck trying to ask what... as what the hell is the intersect on?

And his brain broke 'cause his Dad told the intersect had it right...
