Review of chapter "Twenty-Eight" from BrownFinderth
Review:
I'm ready for this story to be continued, if only the author were able to do so!!! The relationship between Buffy and Faith intrigues me. And I fear for Willow. And now Prince Xizor is in the mix!

Review:
Just found your story and read strait though. I love it! You have a very good grasp of Faith's perspective. And your retelling of the original Star Wars trilogy sticks well with the storyline without feeling like you're just regurtitating the same old thing. I'm looking forward to seeing where you are going with this.

Review of chapter "Twenty-Eight" from PATM
Review:
twenty eight chapters of funny, frustrating and enlightening story and better than that lucas feller ever tried to do. NO LIE.
Comments from author:
A huge compliment to be sure--both the adjectives and the reference to George! Thanks for taking the time to review! I am trying something new with this story, so feedback about what's working and what's not is always most appreciated!

Review of chapter "Twenty-Seven" from Dusel
Review:
Man, they are so thickheaded that it will take something really BIG to get them to listen to reason, I mean really, the only thing they are doing is lashing out at Yoda for their own shit. Hey, have you played the Knights of the Old Republic game, both it and it's sequal KoToR: The Sith Lords, if you take your time you can learn a lot about the Jedi and the Sith of the old republic, you will see point's of view on the subject and make your own deductions.
Comments from author:
Hmmm...something big, something big.... Can I come up with something big? Guess we'll just have to see.

I certainly agree that they're taking out their issues on Yoda, but he may not be helping matters by adhering to particular tenets of a philosophy that are not going to work for this crop of Jedi (because they undermine who these people are as both individuals and slayers). All in all, everyone's in a very tenuous position. Yoda believes Jedis are needed to counter the spread of the Empire. Faith would like to be a Jedi here since she missed the opportunity to be the slayer she was supposed to be in Sunnydale. Buffy can't decide whether she wants to be a hero again. That's complicated for both of them by complicated feelings and capital-I Issues towards each other. Willow would like to help get Buffy home and finds the Firce training she's gotten thus far may not be enough. Dawn would like to find a way to be something other that the key hanging around her sister's neck. Luke is tangled up in his father's shadow. Leia may be, too, without knowing it. Whew!

I'll admit I haven't played the game you mention (and have a hard time with work even writing on a regular schedule, apparently), but I'd be grateful for any insights you might have!

Thanks for sticking with the story!

Review of chapter "Twenty-Seven" from JoeDineen
Review:
Hmm... not sure what to make of it, I never did care for the cockeyed morality in the Star Wars movies, at least as presented by the Jedi, they did not really think it though.
Comments from author:
I heartily agree, which was one of the things that drew me to this crossover in the first place. I mean, the natural analogy would seem to be slayer to Jedi, but those are actually two very different traditions, with very different notions about appropriate behavior. I don't think, for example, that the slayer mythology would mind a preemptive strike, whereas the Jedi tradition appears to link that with the Dark Side (a la the cave battle). And then there's Buffy's rejections of other tenets (go it alone, follow the directions of a Council) that might have fallen in line with the Jedi way. Add to that the tension in Faith now, who's thinking being a Jedi (which she's shown some aptitude for) is a good way for her to start fresh. And her hang-ups about thinking Buffy's got to be the hero. And Buffy's own ambiguity about that role, and about Faith's becoming a Jedi, if that means she stays in the Star Wars universe. Whew! Lots of complications indeed! And we haven't even had Vader or Palpatine really start to push anyone's buttons yet! I hope you'll stick around for it!

Review of chapter "Twenty-Six" from Jinxy
Review:
I really enjoyed this so far...I guess at this point you are no longer updating, but it was great while it lasted :)
Comments from author:
Well, I know this may surprise you, but I am still working on the story. About 1500 words into the next chapter, in fact. I really do apologize about the delays (which are making it harder for me to write, too, since I keep losing the tone). Blah, blah, real world, demanding job excuses. But I haven't forgotten you! And I hope you'll still be there when I do post! Thanks for writing!

Review of chapter "Two" from scarlett
Review:
I just discovered your story, and couldn't help but laugh at the "I am the walrus" line. I'm a huge Beatles fan, so I found it amusing :) I have a feeling that I'm gonna like this story even though Faith isn't my 100% fav. character, but the snarkyness is just too funny. Can't wait to see what the rest of the story has to offer. :)

Okay, that's it. *slams hands down on table with jars of cookies*

If you leave another meanie cliffhanger like this and disappear off to somewhere in this huge world, (5 months of not updating, can you believe it!), there will be no more cookies!

No more, you hear me!

And that includes the cherry chip, chocolate topping cookies! :D

Hope the gang finally get's it through their heads that Fighting with the Force or against it is not about brawn but about Brains and strenght of spirit. Wonder if he's the real Boba Fett, all sources say he has kartosis armor that can short out lightsabers and soak up blaster bolts and leave him unharmed.

Review of chapter "Chapter Twenty-Five" from Wormbait
Review:
Nice story, although Buffy and Faith (well mostly Buffy) are really getting annoying. I was waiting for Yoda to pick them up and whack their heads against a few trees to try knock some sense into them.

Faith is doing really well in learning, when she's not thinking of or talking to or around Buffy, otherwise her brains just seem to switch off. I really liked how she is beginning to understand how the Force works and how it is tied into everything.

Also likeing that the Willow bashing has seemed to tone down, never was a fan of character bashing.

Poor Yoda seems to really be feeling his advanced years at the moment.

Well done and thanks for sharing.

Review of chapter "Chapter Twenty-Five" from Dusel
Review:
Ah so it's time for the Cave test where Luke see's himself as Vader? I'm sure it's high time for them to get a good scare and get their heads in the game. They aren't like Cade Skywalker who laugh's in the face of the Jedi, the Sith and the Force, who shuns power, hates it so much that the Dark Side does not hold sway over him. If they don't get their facts strait then they will fall.
