Review of chapter "What Must Never Be" from SamuraiSky
Review:
Excellent series. It felt like the missing parts of the movie was put back.

Review:
Solid closure to this collection. Definitely bittersweet, with the loss of Spock's universe but the promise of (perhaps) an even brighter outlook this time around.

Lovin' the hot green chick (and not just for the sex). Nice to see you give Gaila more "screen time" with surprising depth.

Review of chapter "The Wrong Place at the Wrong Time" from ShyBob
Review:
Wow--really powerful piece. The long, slow buildup was heart-wrenching, seeing all the things a mother was dreading after the battle. Even knowing the outcome, there was a feeling of relief at the end, not joy (for the reader).

Here's hoping the new movie kicks your muse in the bum and makes you add more to this fandom. Can't wait to find out!

I'm so glad you posted this additional installment in your ST:XI series, even if you're not longer actively involved in writing for this fandom!

And, like Jim, I'm going to come down on the side of Spock the Younger being just that awesome, until events (or the second movie) should prove otherwise. :)

Review of chapter "Running Before the Wind" from purrfus
Review:
As much as I adore long involved detailed stories, this works wonderfully as is.

When you move between fandoms I prefer to see it as taking a break - sometimes its coffee, sometimes its lunch, sometimes a little more - because then there is always the chance that you'll eventually find your way back. Crazy I know, but its worked with your Wesley/Stargate cross, so who knows.

Review of chapter "Running Before the Wind" from ianquest
Review:
Brilliant! I love this. If the movie doesn't start off with something similar, it's only because of a failure of imagination on the scriptwriters' parts.

Review of chapter "In Memoriam" from RevDorothyL
Review:
Beautifully done -- particularly the idea that word of Spock's breakdown on the bridge added to the sympathy and understanding, allowing him to bridge the two worlds better than anyone else, and also the idea that the worst losses are the ones that occur under your own command.

Not wanting to frighten the toe away, I wont squee all over it - but I really want too!

No matter which character you choose, you make them so real in so many different ways. This was painful (in a good way) to read.
