Great drabble - although I had to look the plot of 'Superman Returns' up on Wikipedia to really understand it, as I haven't seen the film and have no intention of ever doing so in the future.

It has some good moments - Clark demonstrating how NOT to rescue a crashing plane, for example - but I'd agree it's not the best possible movie they could have made. Glad you liked the story anyway.
