Well, if he can get Buffy to drive properly, I suppose there's no reason he can't teach the other Slayers.

I always figured that the TV show producers had to hire a professional driver to duplicate the corner that they showed Buffy taking in her mother's Jeep in "Band Candy."

The proper way to teach Slayers to drive is to start them out with power-slides, Scandivanian Flicks, Bootlegger Turns, and so on. Once you've taught them to make a car do whatever they want it to do, you teach them the rules of the road, so that they don't stand out too much from the other drivers.
