I'm not hugely familiar with the Image superheros, but it was very easy to follow. My favorite part was them thinking that being illegitimate was going to be horribly embarrassing to Xander. Considering all the crap he went through in the series, it's more likely a plus in his life.
Even if you decide not to continue this, it's a nice stand-alone. Keep up the good work.

First off, glad you enjoyed the story. ;-)
Second - yes, Xander was overjoyed to find out that Tony Harris was not his actual father, and with good reason, considering how he was portrayed in Season Sux of the series.
Third, I'm not sure whether I'll be following this up with any more stories, since my muse hasn't come up with any interesting plot bunnies that she's interested in pursuing. At least, not yet.
And finally, thanks for reviewing. It's much appreciated.

Interesting - I haven't had regular access to a comic store for more than a year now, so the series isn't one I recognize - the story is great though - you always come through.

ooookay! That was a bit weird, even by your standards pal *GRIN* Although I can certainly understand the desire to purge these plot bunnies. I have to say that, since I don't buy or read anything but DC, I have no idea who these characters are, so even the big reveal didn't mean much to me. Hopefully now you can get back to some of your other stories, though.
Thanks for sharing it

Thanks for reviewing, buddy.
And I have to say that my standards have *always* been weird! Growing up, my family made the Addams family look like the Huxtables. ;-)
