Very good, chibi!Connor is adorable and Whelp was a nice touch. One problem: you dropped a verb where Rose says "but like your Daddy my family off of animals.” I think you meant "feed off animals". That's the only thing that jumped out at me. Easy fix.
Twilight isn't really my thing, but I like this and wouldn't mind seeing it spawn a couple more chapters.

Cute, but this reads like a prologue...(hint hint)
I'm thinking that if Spike managed to somehow survive the last battle, he'd better be careful tossing around the nicknames, or Rose might collect the body part of her choice, and unlike Twi-vamps, Spike can't put his back on once it's gone.

I was reading a story by toots- which has all the AI and Scooby gang reverted to kids (except for Giles)...Connor was in it but not mentionned a lot...but in my head I kept imagining Connor as a child...sucking his thumb...cuteness!
