Totally unexpected twist, but once I'd read it, it was just so logical. Yes, Gibbs has a temper, but he does not explode for no reason. From his point of view, the initial takeover was them treading on his turf; now that he knows it wasn't, he's okay with it. Of course this doesn't mean he's not going to check things out very thoroughly.

Nice wrap-up. A tad bit forced, but thoroughly enjoyable. I'd recommend going back and re-proof-reading when you're more alert, though, as there are a number of word-choice errors, and I don't recall that being a characteristic of the other chapters.
