Really enjoying Spike and the Winchesters.
My favorite line so far is definitely the Pixie dust. Just about died laughing at the image of Spike in a tutu and butterfly wings.

Is Spike going to meet up with the vampire Lenore? I think that was her name, the one played by Amber Benson, aka Tara.

I loved the pixie dust line too. Unlikely to run into Lenore, I am sticking pretty closely to the events of season four, even if they play out differently due to Spike's presence. Thanks for reviewing.

Originally I thought this fic was going to be a lot more focused on the friendship between Sam and Spike, but the bitchiness of Dean and Spike is a little more fun to write. The Weetabix moment owes it all to that. Thanks for reviewing.

ah the weetabix brings a tear to the eye... it's true though- spike always did see things no else did, or wanted to.
also, those last couple of lines "which one of us was she talking too... could be any of us... or all of us" absolutely brilliant!!! really excited about the next chapter.

Troll hammers? Weird. I suppose they could try to summon it somehow; it'd be useful in fighting angels or demons, likely... I doubt summoning D'Hoffryn would be a good idea, heh. But at least Spike can get his Weetabix now, that's important. Or something... Glad to see he realizes the Winchesters are being played.

I have just read all 5 chapters, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't think I've read another Spike & The Winchesters story (lots with Buffy, Faith or Connor though!). I like your take on series 4 and am looking forwarded to seeing how it develops!

Good old spike. Funny they were so shocked (after asking for torture). And he didn't even get to use any railroad spikes. hm, and the W's still don't know he is ok with dead man's blood etc, that might be useful to him someday...
I wonder what happened in LA. My guess would be someone else came along instead of Spike. maybe Groo.
Anyway-- neat. They've found out how to kill angels, and nobody in this 'verse yet knows how to kill Spike. Heh. Well, they probably can guess 'sunlight' but anything beyond that they don't really know.
No need for blacked out windows--Dean can graciously allow him to stay in the trunk.
Any chance they'll run into the Tara-looking 'other type of vampire' ?

Probably won't run into the SPN vampires, as I'm following season 4 pretty closely and they didn't really have any vampires in that season. No intentions of following this fic into the BtVS-verse at this time either, but we'll see. Most of the rest of this will be covered pretty quickly.
