Very nice! I can see Andrew being just like this at age four, and the reference to Tucker was great. The story is perfect just as it is, but if you feel so inclined, a sequel would be a lot of fun.
Following on from Paz's suggestion - this would force the meta-crisis back into action - resulting in Andrew having a very very annoyed Doctor on his back... and depending on TARDIS arrival time - a poorly Donna Noble - or a Donna Noble with brain leaking from her ears....

This was really cute. You've made it easy to picture a young, excitable Andrew who accidentally messes things up despite his innocent intentions (which isn't too far off how he was in the show). It would be interesting to see a post season 7 follow-up in which Andrew actually does remember everything and runs into a post Journey's End Donna (who, of course, wouldn't remember him causing everyone would think that he made it up).
