I like the idea of the story, even though you tear up Buffyverse canon a bit much for my liking without a stated reason to build it. The pacing isn't bad, and you did very good work with the reactions in the Ron-Hermione dust-up.

That being said, the characterization needs work. Everyone seems to know everyone before they meet, and when they do introduce themselves, it's never the way that you expect the characters to. Also, you paint Spike as an unbelievable ninny with his talk about tweed. That's Buffy's shtick, not his. And why isn't Cordy bitching about her visions? Come to think of it, why didn't she get one when she was hit with the curse, since you foreshadowed Voldy's interference?

All in all, not bad though definitely room for improvement.

Separately, you know you could very well be painting Ron as gay, with his reactions here. It had me confused for a moment, thinking that he was basically saying, "you bitch!" to Harry.
