If you want a rational explanation... Warren developed April as the prototype (see I Was Made To Love You) then sold the plans to Doctor Evil (or Evil stole them) who added the nipple guns. If I recall correctly Willow knew that April was modelled on Miss April; if she researched she might know that the next ones were modelled on Miss May etc.

If you want another explanation, it did seem funnier that way...

Hitting the coffee supply really would lead to pandemonium I think. So glad I don't drink it. (It's funny though, I love the smell but cannot stand the taste.)

Nice inclusion of Dr. Horrible. I really like the drabble format. It always amazes me just how much story can fit into one-hundred words.
