Aww. But I like Dracula. He's really cool in season 8 [the comics], and I think he really does care ablu Xan in his own posessive, messed up way [like vampires have any other way than the messed up].

Great story. It was too bad that Spike didn't kill Dracula, but the threat should be enough to keep the Count from mucking up Xander's life again.

As much fun as a fight scene would've been, I think you went the right way with this; it does fit in better with how I remember Dracula being while in Sunnydale.
