Review of chapter "Chapter One" from neris
Ahh, just what I needed after a long and boring day.
I've never seen a crossover between Southern Vampire and Buffy that didn't involve Sookie or didn't make her a slayer and I don't really like Sookie that much, so yeah, you get a gold star for that.
You didn't really explain the differences between dusting/killing a vampire in both series or the workings of the new system with sheriffs or why vampires are legal or whatever else there is. But you know what, those explanations usually turn out really boring repetitive and simply stupid. Sometimes less is better and this way you get another gold star.
And of course there is Eric and Pam and a pink suit and stakes are involved and there is Xander in his white cape and oh, look, here is the end of the chapter.
So one more gold star for that and one more for your writing style.
And now I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you'll update soon, because now that I've read this chapter I'm going to want more.

I'm glad you liked it! There's definitely more back story in my head but this was a drabble that mutated and grew uncontrollable. It's meant to stand alone but I'm not sure that I can resist writing Queen Buffy to go along with Sheriff Xander...or worse for the Multi-Verse- Sheriff Andrew.
