This is so cute and adorable! I think Spike and Thomas should simply agree they find each other attractive, and are obviously both into the same girl, and decide to share. I don't think Buffy would complain about that.
Then no one gets hurt and everyone ends up happy in the end!
But seriously, can't wait for the next chapter!
((Yeah...I read fanfic instead of studying for finals. With no new chapters, I actually have to do work, and who wants to do that? ))

Oh . . . ! I'm hoping it's just that Buffy doesn't love Spike yet (and that the next time he kisses her Thomas gets some lovely blisters, the selfish so-and-so!).

Oh, I LOVE this non-violent, non-Slayer-vs-Vampire-posing encounter between Buffy and Spike at the Bronze. The two of them really connected, even if Buffy felt she had to pull away at the end. Thomas' visit to Sunnydale may've been just the catalyst needed.

I must admit that I had a lot of fun writing this chapter. Buffy was giving Spike half a chance to show more of himself, but then panicked at the end. Now poor Spike just has to go home and face a not too happy Thomas :D

I've written non-jerk Xander in other fics, but in this one I used him as he could often be in the show. :) I doubt he'll be a jerk to Spike again, though! LOL!

Does Buffy *have* to choose between them? Couldn't she have both? Usually, I'm not a big fan of vamp/Slayer 'ships, but this sounds intriguing to me - especially given Thomas' method of 'feeding'.

Thanks for reviewing. I have no plans for the other Raiths turning up. Thomas is just out to cheer up Spike. But things don't go quite as well as he'd hoped. :D
