Okay, I know about Port Royal and St. Pierre, I'm pretty sure I can guess about Yungay, but Gorham?

Water: A massive earthquake in 1692 made this Jamaican seaside town fall into the sea, followed by a tidal wave that finished destroying Port Royal.

Fire: The Mount Pelée volcano erupted in 1902, sending a glowing cloud of superheated steam and gases right at the city of St. Pierre or Saint-Pierre on the Caribbean island of Martinique. Of the population of 30,000, there were only two survivors.

Earth: In 1970, a debris avalanche buried the entire city of Yungay, killing 25,000 people. The nation of Peru has never rebuilt the place, considering it to be a national cemetery.

Air: During the Tri-State Tornado of 1925 that's still the deadliest tornado in U.S. history (an estimated 700 dead), Gorham, Illinois, was hit square on by this storm, which essentially obliterated the whole town, killing 34 people.

Like the work so far. Plus, phouka and phoukabro in one fic: how could I resist? This story has really got me wondering when Death comes for a vampire. I think she'd actually come when the person dies, not the vampire (in the Jossverse, anyway). I keep coming back to the vampire as an "evil, soulless thing" with a demon in charge of the body. Maybe one of the Buffyverse scholars has an answer.

In the case of 'I Thought I Was Going To Be An Exception', I tried out the concept of the guy becoming a ghost when he got murdered by another vampire, to then start haunting his now demon possessed body. It wasn't until Buffy dusted the fledgling, that the guy could finally be collected by Death and go on to the afterlife.

Thats was an extremely unique look at Sunnydale. I loved it. Thanks.
