Cool story. A bit rushed on explanations off-scene but liked this overall.

Saw the second in the series and decided to check this out.

Easy acceptance and access to the SGC. Really not much of an issue.

All of them are set to accept the weird and strange. Daniel likes and trusts Adam, SG1 trusts Daniel - even when they don't agree with him - Adam likes and trusts Daniel - at least as much as he can - it would actually be more of a surprise if they didn't accept. I can foresee bumps in the road ahead for them as individual personalities clash, but overall it should be fairly smooth.

And as for access, how often did the show have someone getting access with less incentive?

Love it! I think you got the characters right, and the way you brought Methos into the story is new to me. The last line is great!

Plot holes schmot holes, I freaking loved this! I think Methos is a perfect addition to the SGC and am greatly anticipating any further short stories in this 'verse you've got going. Thank you for sharing this one. :-)

Personally, I love it. I particularly like the snark in your Methos voice (perfect for him).

I'm kind of embarrassed that I hadn't even thought about whether or not the 'big reveal' of Teal'c's Jaffa tattoo, once they all got back to the SGC and Teal'c's hat came off, needed to happen 'on-screen' in this story.

I kind of think that, having made the leap to "Aliens!" back in Joe's bar, after putting together Daniel's unconventional theories with pieces of his own ancient history, Methos wouldn't bat an eye at the discovery that Teal'c is a Jaffa and a former First Prime. After all, if anybody should know about second chances and living down a dark past, it's Methos!

Nice fic. I can't decide if the various groups accepted things a little quick, or if their joint experiences would have just allowed them to accept and move on.

One thing I think you missed was having Adam react to Teal'c. You went to the trouble of mentioning that the attackers had tattoo's on their foreheads, there should have been some reaction when Methos was exposed to Teal'c's symbol.

Otherwise, looking forward to where you go with this.

Cool fic! Sure it was a bit too easy, but Methos at the SGC! Not enough of that in the world. Not enought Methos fic in the world, period. Methos rocks. Not that I have his name tattooed on my shoulder or anything... *coughs*
