Amazing, very, very well done. Your OCs are handled very well, I freakin' LOVE Coyle, especially with the shout out to Fallout 2, he really is a descendant of Cassidy and Cass', what, uncle, cousin? You also capture the Capitol Wasteland perfectly. I really hope you come back to this story soon, it really is brilliant.

Man, it's been a while since your last update, but your chapters are well worth the wait. I love how you can take separate and isolated details, and make one hell of a story from them.

I especially like your history of Gauss weapons. Though, if the one shot is a chinese gun, why is that the model used in the Operation Anchorage simulation by the American troops? Also, what's your explanation for the single-shot gauss in NV that eats 5 MF cells a shot?

I'd love to see some Old World Blues and Lonesome Road references. The Divide was a NCR trade route, and I'm sure someone has disappeared near Big MT.

We see the Gauss Rifle on a Chinese propaganda poster. It's possible that the US was using captured ones because they were so effective.

You'll see more New Vegas and DLC references as the story progresses.
