OMG! Just found this story. Don't know how I missed it. I LOVE it! Love the crossover choices, the pairing, and the family you've built. Can't wait to start the sequel (even though I should be in bed). :)

It must be hard to get all of those crossovers together and keep them all relevant. It is probably a good idea to get Dean and Sam to move on just to cut down on the number of main characters. I almost wish that they were taking the fight to Kinsey. If they just hide then he is still a threat that is hanging over them :(

Great story. I have two questions. Why didn't Buffy let Lindsey investigated the relationship between the magic world and the counsel after what Giles told her. And why was Lindsey not aware of the old law that state as you wrote: Old laws stated that when there was a problem between the magical world and a Slayer, the Slayer won, no matter what the problem was, so the Slayer could do her job. Lindsey is a good lawyer and would have found this.

and the house buying even I did know not to buy them by herself that it would lead to her even if you used aliases. You let an other person buy it and on the first sign it looks that the houses are from the person who bought the houses you had to dig further to find the right owner.

I'm already reading your sequel and you don't disappoint me still good.

This was a great story. I'm not familiar with supernatural but it was great any way and relatively easy to understand even with some undertones that I couldn't figure out.

Just discovered this series and I love it. Love that you brought the Winchesters, Jack O'Neill, & Macgyver into it. Also, very nice addition with the clone. Can't wait to see what happens next. :)

Nice. And this also leaves room for magic-meets mundane elements from Harry's pre-Hogwarts childhood... even if you do not have any adventures planned. The missing thread here, now that the immediate threat is taken care of is Remus Lupin.

Good stuff. Overall in this story Buffy is a bit of a Mary Sue, but only a slight exaggeration on the heroic central character type. You follow up nicely on all of the issues and don't have her trying to save the world....unless it is brought to her doorstep.

I hope that they will not leave Remus behind... and maybe even get Black restitution for false imprisionment.

I'm enjoying the bi-play and seeing the pre-trail plan in action.

Review of chapter "London" from VillageOrchid
Review:
Okay. I like the dramatization of the Lindsey friendship with Buffy. I was blindsided by your surprise crossover, and feel that the story behind Angus and Jonathan being twins and knowing about each other deserves its own story. I guess it is cool that they are also Jocye's siblings, but again a little more there would help. I do like that they would both now have access to knowing about the supernatural world, despite living and working primarily in the mundane world. Lots of ground to cover here, even if they only end up sharing one parent with Joyce. Lastly, I enjoyed the tour and pre-trial descriptions.

Review of chapter "Confrontations" from VillageOrchid

Characterization interesting in this one. Really surprised that this line came out of Joyce's mouth: "and they often have fights and competitions for jobs. Letting the Council or the Ministry know about Harry could be part of a plot by a competitor.”

Review of chapter "Sunnydale" from VillageOrchid
Review:
While I "buy" that Lindsey was Buffy's babysitter, it is harder (with no set up) to believe that he had been giving Joyce updates. Joyce is alive and there's no Dawn, but chronologically we may be past the time that Glory was supposed to be there. The changes are interesting, but a little more story set up, rather than being blind-sided by a change that you have in Buffy's past would have been nice. For example, if Lindsey was like a big brother to her, then "Anne" should have been crashing with him or recognized a reason not to -- which could have been mentioned in the first chapter. Like, I'd like to stay with Lindsey, but I'm afraid he would tell mom where I am.

So you're working the angle that all litigation lawyers are a necesary evil, and if she hires the evil law firm first, at least they are "lawful-evil" and thus on her side?
