I like the way you've tied the Winchesters and Xander together. It was interesting seeing John interact with Ellen and Bobby. I admit I'd like to see how the Winchesters would deal with Buffy and the Scoobies. I hope you'll be continuing with this story soon.
This is one of my tracked stories--it's an interesting and unique take on Xander being a Winchester. However, this chapter is a little confusing--I think you need scene breaks of some sort. I noticed a couple times where dialogue from one scene flowed directly into dialogue from the next, but there was no indication of the scene change, so it took a second to figure out. Also, for someone who either hasn't seen the Supernatural episode in the chapter, or is like me and has forgotten the details, you might want to give a little more explanation to what is happening. Not remembering what was going on was adding to my confusion. I would say, though, even with the confusion, I enjoyed the action and the family bonding and definitely want to see more.
I just read through the story again. I find it interesting that Bobby describes Xander as too serious most of the time. While back in SunnyDale his friends just see him as an amiable clown. I also took note of Bobby telling John that Xander was tired, but that he just needed time to rest before hunting again. John wants Xander to join the family business on the road. Back at home Buffy and Willow wanted to make Xander 'fray adjacent' because he was 'only normal' and he might get hurt. All of this makes me wonder if Xander will stay with his family or go back to the 'Dale.

Let me know what you think of ch6. Not telling whether or not he'll go back to the 'Dale.
