This and Legend are two of my favorite stories on the site. Hope you continue writing at this level. Thanks for working hard to keep your character true to their author's original concepts. I am discovering that that is sadly a rare concern in fanfic.

This was a nice story, if you rewrote the ending it could have been a great story. You have excellent characterization and have the two worlds fit together very well with a plausible reason for not getting a battalion or two of troops to help or a bunch of gunships, or other significant amounts of military support (something canon SG isn't that good at providing.
You did a very good job of setting up the final fight, I was even able to ignore the fact that if they knew there was a cliff there they should have rigged the bomb to be dropped - until you pointed out they had part of the rig designed to allow the bomb to be dropped. There's no reason for them to not simply throw the bomb off the ledge. If they needed to have it placed in a precise location you could still have an excuse for the rest of the sequence.
Then the slashed tires and Thor. Given the stated running speed of a Slayer I do not think riding a bus through city streets would have gotten them out of town much faster, the reaction to seeing the vehicles disabled should not have been "oh no! what can we do?" standing around helplessly, it should have been the slayers grabbing Andrew, Jack, Willow and anyone else who can't ran at over 40mph and get out of the area. Then Thor showing up in the precise moment needed was one of the most annoying deux ex machinas I have ever read (made worse by the fact that it wasn't needed).
I did like the description of Hailey's new job, and the slayers interactions with the U.S government but Hailey keeping her old job in addition to the new seems implausible.

Finished another long one, hooray! And enjoyed it quite a bit. Good character details. I liked the portrayal of Hailey and Faith in particular. I'm sure I missed some Stargate references, not being regular viewer of the show, but that didn't seem to be a problem. All in all, a nice and realistic-sounding twist on the finale storyline of Buffy. Thanks so much for writing!

A brilliant story, that glitters like a mirrored skyscraper in a city of crystal spires at noon. In thanks for such a wonder I give you this link to some good music I found on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NC4qAgnw8S8.

I read the first couple of chapters, and then never made it back. This has its good and bad points. I got to read it through in one sitting - which was exhilarating. On the other hand, I can't really think of anything really bad - at least from the selfish reader point of view. Good luck with the COAs.
