this is...this is just an amazing series that deserves to be published and sold at bookstores! i wonder tho, what happens to edward afterwards? does he kill himself, finding himself "obsolete" now as buffy claimed they both were? does buffy and micah become part of jean-claude's triumvrate? does she have children? does peter find his way back to edward as the prodigal son?

What a depressing end... But I loved this series, loved Buffy and Micah fitting together, loved Anita finding peace with Richard, loved Jean Claude's understanding, loved everything. Thanks for posting!

This makes so much more sense to me now I've read symmetry and remembered reading it. Ah, poor Edward. I think though for all of the lack of coherent plot, as in the we are people and this is our super plan thingyness, I prefer stellar to symmetry.
i feel bad for edward. i love how it was his perspective of the years, and his fixtion on buffy was kinda endearing to me. Would it have been weird, that if this was a oneshot by itself, i actually started imagining it ending with buffy and edward going off together to hunt and be together in their brokeness. great job though, i love this series.

There aren't words for how hard this story rocks. I'm gonna have to go away and think up something properly insightful to say but that's my first reaction. Thank you so very much for writing this.

I read nothing but this series straight through for several days. Thanks for writing yet another great story. This isn't the first Buffy is Edward's sister story I have read, but it is the best one I have read. I have to say that you are one of my favorite authors because you are consistently written great stories. Thanks and keep up the good work, I look forward to your next story.

WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! Sorry to shout, I just really had to let you know exactly how I feel. ;) Fantastic ending to a fabulous series! I've enjoyed every minute of it. & I think you summed up Buffy & Edward perfectly in this final piece. Edward's always been more fragile than he appears. Thanks for the fun ride. :)

After so long since the first story, I can't say as I remembered how poignant this series was. And two sentences into this one, I remembered. I remembered and I shattered, feeling all the emotion that's in this piece. It's a fitting end to a fabulous story.

This ride just keeps going along the wild edge; makes you think of twilight battles, red in tooth and claw. The last, wet breath of the enemy, as their throats close with their own blood, with the victor standing, torn, but alive, and FEELING that life pulse through them.
*snaps out of it with a shake of the head* WHEW! Your writing definitely needs a warning label "Thousand proof, handle with extreme caution!"

I really can't express how much I adore this series. I'd go as far as say that it's my favorite. I've laughed and cried along it and now this last piece.. I had tears in my eyes while reading it and tried to swallow this lump in my throat. It's dark and touching, very beautiful. This Edward's pov displays brilliantly his conflicted character.
It's beautiful and I'm almost speechless. Thank you for this masterpiece of a series.
