I don't read many Twilight crosses, since I'm not into self-flagellation, but I made myself read yours - mostly because I usually love your stories, but partly because of your own self-flagellation in the intro. ;) (Plus, the thought of you calling someone else "emo" was *really* pot and kettle! :P )
Leaving out the quotation marks was a good device for stream of consciousness, too, and made me read more carefully - I generally read too fast for really detailed comprehension, always have. (Not bragging, confessing my dirty little secret.)
Bravo, well done!

Hey, just so we're clear: I WRITE the emo. But I'm probably the most UN-emo person you will ever meet. My mom insists that she's still waiting for me to hit puberty, because the two lousy screaming fits I had can't possibly have been it, thanksalot.
Other than that, I'm happy that you read despite generally not liking the fandom and even happier that you liked the story. Thanks for that.
Cheers.

The way you wrote this was so different, but I really enjoyed it. Its incredibly hard to find a good Twilight/Buffy cross, but this was quite magnificent. Thank you for posting :)

You managed to make my least favorite character from the saga likeable AND relatable. I bow to your superior storytelling! Edward is rather emo (as emo as the pope is Catholic) and it's interesting to get a look in his head that's not completely BellabellabellabellaBELLA and more introspective without focusing wholly on "Poor me, I have no soul, I'm a monster."
THANKS!
