Lake Mead National Recreation Area is run by the National Park Service (feds) not LVPD who are Clark County cops.

Very funny, but I thought Willows was a blonde, and therefore Xander could make a one liner about being used to angry judgmental blonds.

She's had her hair in various colors througout the series, but I'm most familiar with her as a redhead, so that's what I used.

Hmm... somehow I think that Xander knows just to well what to do with angry redheads.
