I came to this as a result of finding it at the head of the list of 'under-reviewed' fics.

The feeling I get from it is that you may have a potentially interesting concept or rather a string of potentially interesting concepts, but a shortage of actual story. I seem to see a lot of mentions by your characters of things they have done or things they will do, but not much of their actually doing things. If I'm right, it might explain why the fic is 'under-reviewed' (that is, lots of hits but no reviews). Just a thought.
