Heh. Seems I forgot to check the reviews page to make sure I'd left one before telling someone to check a story out. I caught myself yesterday when I was about to do the same thing, so I was able to reread that story from beginning to end and properly review it before adding the link. Sorry I didn't do so here.

Eh, I'm not a big fan of some of the humor. Giles and Xander's approach to the guy kind of fell flat with me. I feel that him cutting lessons so short on the very first day undermines his authority. I think that the scene might be improved by having the classroom introductions (ending with 'One detention was enough'), skipping ahead an hour / a few days, having the students briefly reflect on their changed opinions of him and then starting the next part.

Andrew accidentally using his blood in Darth Vader's creation is neat. Good job with making it so that Darth Vader instinctively knew he was a fiction in Buffy's universe, even if he wasn't aware of the specifics. Weight lifting students is original and the homework assignment is awesome, especially the extended version :)

D&D? I question using a "pure" fantasy setting, but... the overall idea... Yeah, sure. It works. For him, roleplaying really would be helpful emotional therapy :D

Hey I just noticed this, thanks for reviewing :)

Yeah, the humor is...not my favorite either. I'm thrilled that people thought it was funny enough to be nominated in the COA comedy section but I was super surprised. However, since then I've had some different Vader ideas that I can use for the HP ficlet collection :) I like your idea about skipping ahead and having the students reflect a bit.

I had fun with making Andrew get his very own special minion...and the idea of Kennedy being lifted repeatedly into the air makes me smile :)

Ha...D&D as emotional therapy...who knows, it could work for him! ;)

thanks!

Review:
Funny Vader is an interesting take on the character. And he has reason not to like Kennedy, she was yelling at his master after all.

Thanks Gideon! :)

Review:
Sounds like the re-embodied Vader is not in a body best describable as "Tatooine Bacon". Likely still has a cyborg arm, however.

The spell did draw on Andrew, plainly. (frankly, some of Andrew's traits from the days of the Trio are rather evident. This is likely Force Resonance, so it actually works)
Comments from author:
"Tatooine Bacon", huh? :)

“I have altered the homework. Pray that I do not alter it any further,”

That is one of the best lines I have ever seen in a fanfic. If I ever become a teacher I wil probably try to use that.
Comments from author:
*snickers* Isn't it awesome?? Heck, I almost want to become a teacher just to use it too~
