I must say, this was horrible and wonderful at the same time. I was so shocked at how well you portrayed the rape without actually going into sickening detail. The slow development of a relationship between draco, hermione, and snape was really wonderfully dealt with.

Can't nor do I want to imagine something so awful happening to a person, especially one so young, but you handled it beautifully. Spectacularly written story. Good luck on anything else you write.

Consider me a fan from now on.

I'm a big Draco/Hermione shipper and I have to say I think that your handling things between them very well. Though after reading the last bit betwee Hermione, Harry, and Ron I think the guys are going to believe a romance over just strictly friendship. Boys can be idiots, especially those two. Your doing a good job with this story especially concerning it's subject matter.

Well, now the truth is out and Hermione is dealing with it...I just hope she gets over her anger before Draco comes back, I don't think he can handle much more.

I really like this fic. it shows Hermione's strength, as well as her understanding of people. She knows Ron and Harry so well. I also am a little bit of a fan of the Draco/Hermione pairing. I look forward to the next installment. However I do think she needs to let some emotions out a bit. I tend to need to release emotions over the smallest things so surely she would need some sort of release. The nightmares are probably one as was her request for Draco to stay with her til she fell asleep and her magical nerves. But maybe a little more? Oh well, its just a suggestion. Great fic anyway.

Oh, no. The next chapter is definitely going to be interesting. Hermione's reaction to the news that Lucius was the one who attacked her could go so many ways.

slowly getting better ? It's good not to make her someone who instantly heals of all pain. Draco is great. Is McGonagal really not understanding or is it just Hermione who's afraid of being treared like glass?

It's a good thing Draco was thinking about contraception, because even Snape didn't consider it.

Also, I'm glad that you let Hermione be smart enough to drop the issue about her attacker's identity, I doubt knowing that it was Lucius would help matters any, especially as far as Draco is concerned. Even though he had nothing to do with it, he looks enough like his father that she'd have trouble separating him from the awful experience.

McGonagall, for all her concern, is starting to get on my nerves. And of course, Harry and Ron are being stupid, as usual.
