Nate and his friends have not asked how or when, about Conner's birth. They have a birth date. They do not know, that it is fake.

Willow's discovery about Nate's operation, certainly fills in a bit about Leverage.

A note about ch2 - "and Illyria strolled inside with a cowed looking nurse following her." I cannot imagine Illyria strolling into any room. She moves with purpose, so I could imagine the cowed nurse hurrying after her, so as to not receive more of Illyria's displeasure.

This is a great chapter. I hope you will write next one soon, because I would love to know what will happen.

It's good that both Connor and Nate have people willing to look out for them. They are not as alone as they think they are. Ilyria has already lost the AI team. I don't know how much she actually cared for them, but it makes her detemined that she won't lose Connor. Willow did have a good idea about how to bring up the 'unusual' aspects of Connor's life.

I am not sure Illyria would merely say “He should be killed for hurting Connor”. It would be more fitting to be; "The bag of protoplasmic slime, should have his spine torn from the pathetic excuse of that human form".
I guess she is learning to live in the world of humans.

I don't think his 'Mother' will show up. I think it does work better as chapters- I am halfway through the next chp- so it should be up soon.

I knew that Angel was Connor's father, but I was curious as to how Nathan was going to fit in there. I've seen Leverage, and I think that Nathan is a good guy. He will definitely want to be a part of Connor's life. I'm just wondering how he will react when he finds out what Connor anf Illyria do on the side.

He will want to be part of Connor's life- and for a while he won't know about that side of things. I'm not 100% sure of how Nate will deal with it once he knows but I doubt he'll give up easily. The next chp is about halfway done so it should be up soon.

It's very interesting how you've managed to mesh the fandoms so far. I can't wait to see how everything else interacts as well :D
