Interesting idea. I always enjoy endings where Buffy or another main person dies - not because I'm morbid but because they're rather daring in their own way ;) Minor critiques: Calling her 'Elizabeth' because that is so not her name and I have no idea why people do it -and- 'childe' because neither Twilight or Buffy use that term...and I kinda hate that term. It's kinda incestuous (depending on who's dating after they turn someone).

Buffy is a derivative of the name 'Elizabeth', that's why most people use that as her full 'first' name (it's like using Bob for Robert). And Childe is the traditional way, why only god knows, of referring to the vamps that are sired.
I liked the story. Maybe a sequel where Buffy is the reincarnation of his sister and recognizes James and/or Rosalie ?
Maybe this time James tries to turn her because she is the greatest slayer ever and Edward tries to protect her of course.
Or maybe she is turned by her brother or Cullen, so she can live forever with her brother ?

I'm glad you liked it. I already have a very sketchy idea about where this is going next, but nothing's concrete. I was a little worried that I wouldn't get the Cullens in character, but I apparently did a good enough job.
