Buffy might believe that the evidence was faked, given her current attitude. Maybe forcing her to watch Riley being court-martialed might help convince her.

thank you very much, I am glad you have enjoyed this story so far. I know it has some things that some people don't like but I think it adds something to the story especially the Xander/Tara romance angle. I think they fit very well as long as it is written well. anyway more to come soon(razial)

Review of chapter "Chapter 14" from trongod
Review:
Buffy is far too convinced of her own infallibility to believe even widely documented data from the computers, as she will convince herself that Willow has 'betrayed' her, just as she thinks Giles and the rest have. I don't think she will truly begin to doubt until the General arrives with a flood of troops and investigators and starts to dismantle the entire base. The reactions of Finn and the other fanatic troops will also have an affect, though whether or not it helps Xander and the rest to convince her of the truth will be interesting to see.

Hopefully the new owners will use knock out gas on the Walsh troops to keep them from causing trouble before the General and his people arrive, otherwise things will get really messy, to the point of more people getting killed.

Am kind of wondering just what Cordelia had to say to willow in their little heart to heart, though...

Review:
Personally, the entire Walsh Initiative group - including Buffy - should remain locked up, in straitjackets, if they have'em - until the General arrives on scene wit back up. With Xander's codes and knowledge, along with the information of what Walsh has been doing to the innocents as well as the hostiles, there /should/ be little blow back for nearly all the people involved in the rescue.
Buffy, on the other hand, needs LOTS of treatment for drugs and general stupidity - even so far as to remove the Slayer essence from her if possible. She's proven less able to handle it than the so-called wild child Faith. The troops and scientists need testing to see which were drugged and which were in willing, with proper treatment, trials, and sentencing done in each case.

Xander and Tara... can't see the General letting such a valuable asset as they are (they are, a team, after all) disappear in the night or a prison cell. With further training and support in troops, money, Giles, and the Darl Slayer, there is NO need for Buffy as a Slayer on the Hellmouth. Come to that, with the proper support from Giles and others like him - Watchers who've been burned by the Council and/or lost their Slayers - even Faith can leave the Hellmouth at times.
As has been said in some other stories, the Slayer should be the focal and inspiration point of a Group or an Army, not a lone wolf that dies prematurely because she fights alone.

Again, PERSONALLY, I'd like to see a story or a group of stories where the Scoobie gang gets the support they need earlier than in 'Rainbow in Sunnydale' series by JoeB, but along those lines.... Although seeing John Clark in command on the Hellmouth is cool.
Well, him or The Kildar, or a joint command... :^p

Not bad. I prefer to believe that Buffy would not have acted the way she has under normal circumstances. I suspect that she was drugged by either Riley or Walsh, leaving her open to suggestion.
