This is pretty good. I've only heard of the movie and read a short plot synopsis, but that hasn't been a problem in reading this, and kind of makes it better as it's all new to me in terms of plot.
Looking forward to seeing where you take this.

gee, what a time to not-have a slayer with her. I suppose maybe she could cook up a few wards or protection spells? Holy symbols not working, yep, that's a given in this situation. Will Dawn's "Key-ness" play into this story at all? She's a ball of green glowing energy transformed into a human, after all.....maybe Michael or Gabriel will recognize her.
