Review of chapter "If It Is Not Right Do Not Do It" from WriteTheGoodWrite
Review:
O.O

holy crap. Poor Luna. I've read a lot of these sorts of fics - imprisonment during the war, dystopian slave camps after a failed Hogwarts battle, etc. But this, for some reason, truly struck me. Your characterization of Luna is spot-on, though I can't help but imagine that she'd get at least a little hysterical at points, though she'd probably try not to let the Death Eaters see it.

Though I wonder just why he hates Snape so much... well, I don't wonder, I do understand, but after how hard Snape clearly worked to talk to Draco last year and help him with what was happening, I would think that Draco would appreciate it at least a little bit.

I wonder if his attitude has changed at all towards muggles and mudbloods. I doubt it. He just doesn't seem very fond of torture as a general rule. Which, hey, is a good thing. The disapproval. Of torture, I mean.

...I'll stop talking now.

Yes, this is DEFINITELY worth continuing.

Heeeeeyyyy Tamora!

I haven't read any imprisonment fics - they're usually so depressing! (yeah, so says the girl writing one ;)

Thanks for thinking Luna sounds right! That is always important to me. Yeah, I don't think she'd let the DEs see it, plus I think she would feel like she should strong for poor Mr. Ollivander who's been through so much. Of course, I do see her losing her cool in the near future.

I don't think he truly *hates* Snape but at the moment he is a very angry teenager and is bitter that because Snape did the deed, his family has no honor and are subjugated to essentially be Voldy's house elves. He is grateful that Snape did it and not him, but the negative feelings override the good.

Nope, I don't think it really has...But yeah, torture is not okay. It's kind of the difference between thinking something might be okay and then seeing/hearing it in person.

And thanks! Feel free to leave rambling reviews often ;D I do enjoy them!

Luna's life is bad right now. So is Draco's. Unfortunately, two wrongs do not make a right, and even if this won't be canon-compliant, the two of them have a long road to travel yet, and the adults in the house will not make it any easier at all.

Nice opening! I see that you're really feeling sorry on Draco's behalf and in general, the story's premise is quite intriguing.
