I truly enjoyed this story, but it left me feeling so unfulfilled. I wish I knew the why of Buffy being shot, other than just some random shooting. I won't try to tell you how to work your own plot bunny, however if I knew more, I wouldn't be feeling so bereft. And, I won't beg you to write more, because it's obvious you don't want to, so...
Once again, great ficlet. So sad to see a hero go down because of random human evil...

Ok you so can not kill Buffy off like that. It is a crime. At least with Glory she saved Dawn. Make her immortal or something cause this is just wrong.
It is well done but I so hate the idea of Buffy dying like that. Plus the bad guy he so needs to be dealt with.

Unknowingly, Faith damaged a major artery in her arm. Later, the artery let go and Faith bled to death.

More please?? Thanks. very good very wrought with emotion and angst but it feels like just a beginning. What possessed Victor the shooter? And why? And does it lead to another apocalyptic event?
With Faith as the head Slayer and last of the Chosen whatever it is might have made a very big mistake.
Inquiring mind wants to know.

Great emotion! When you mentioned Faith it threw me for a moment and diluted the total effect...But still great emotion!
