LOL! Poor Xander and Giles, this should prove to be an interesting encounter. I look forward to seeing how the rest of Giles's 'children' respond to John's open intentions. Though, personally, I would love to see someone beat the crap out of Kennedy, I can't stand her in this fic.

It will be interesting to see how Xander and Giles will eventually tackle the matter. As for what concerns John, he is a bastard, but not the kind of bastard that would undermine Giles authority in front of the more impressionable girls (not without a good reason anyway). So his 'attacks' on Giles will be more private. Now Xander... he is another matter altogether.

Really liking the story. So Constantine going to pair himself with Xander, Ripper or both?

Initially I was going to have Constantine/Xander with Giles trying to keep Xander safe from Constantines’ 'evil influence'. Now I am not so sure, what with Ripper reappearance and all… There is definitely C/X in the future of this fic as for the other pairings … we will just have to wait and see how the story progresses.

This is actually how the whole fic started. I just had this image in my head of a building collapsing because magic gone wrong and John and Xander running for their lives. The rest, as they say, is history…
