This is a wonderful idea. Kitiara is one of my favorite DL characters, and this just seems to fit. I'd like to see Kitiara's opinion of Oz the Werewolf, though, as DragonLance isn't too easy on lycanthrops.

Not to bad a start for this and I definitely like the possible Xander/Buffy that you threw in there, can't wait to see what Kitiara's reaction to the ensouled corpse will be. I did find it a bit off that Kitiara would know what adoption papers would be and her easy acceptance of modern technology but I'm will to chalk it up to Joyce explaining things to her. Still very good story and I am definitely looking forward to more. Keep up the good work! Update soon!

Finally another chapter! And finally Kit shows, why she is dangerous. Will Xander 'return' to Krynn? And how will a 'good' Kitiara change the War of the Lance?

ok now that was a good update, I liked the way you introudeced Xander and girls to Katira. Kinda funny to see Xander's reaction to the news he really is not related to the Harris's. Can't wait for more keep it up

Wow I haven't read those books since forever... And I'm still missing the third story of the ones I did read. Sorry you just got me thinking of them with this story. It seems like an interesting story but I think xander seemed to trusting. Still want to see more of this though...lots more.

ahh if you start to read the last story of them then now because of my humble story, that's the best gift u can give me and yes he seems kinda trusting, because his biggest wish seems to become true, but don't overlook that the next talk will be in the same room with adults he really trust.

My only issue with stuff like this is the fact that their having this conversation in a group and not alone.

It's a bit hard to have a private moment in a group.

Well, that's one way to keep Kitiara from taking up the cause of ol' Tacky.

I do see her thumping Caramon whenever he gets too deeply into the ale after this, however.

Gods only know how Raist is gonna take the story, however..

(As most gods can only grant spells up to 2nd level in planes they are not venerated, it does make sense that any blessed object shy of an artifact will take longer, but get the job done, so the way you handled the ashen demise of Carlos works. Just saying..)

A very interesting start, and I hope we get to see some flashbacks of Kitiara's time hunting for info on how to open the portal.

I'm really looking forward to Xander and Kitiara meeting, and her reaction when she finds out how he was raised should be memorable.

Can't wait to read the next chapter of this!
