Review of chapter "Chapter Three" from buggycas
Review:
Gah! what is it about people stopping writing on this site around 2010? It's like it stopped updating at all! That said, what's with the incomplete? in 7 it sounded like it was done up to 12 in rough draft. I want MORE! this has been one of the best series I've EVER read
Comments from author:
Sorry about taking so long to reply - I'd say I've been busy, but that's not exactly the case. After losing my job earlier this year I spent months being angry (which wasn't helpful for fanfic writing), after that I've just been depressed (which is also proving to be harmful to my fanfic writing), and because of that I haven't been doing much of anything except feeling sorry for myself, which just isn't productive, but until about last week it's been about all I could manage.

Anyway, I have NOT given up on finishing all my WIP fanfics, but because of my moods it's very slow going when it comes to writing them. Mostly because the depression makes me feel like everything (even my writing) is bad.

Also, no I don't have finished rough drafts, especially not through part twelve. What I do have are solid outlines for everything except part ten (which only has a few notes). Believe me if I had full rough drafts on everything then posting wouldn't have slowed down this much, because I'd have probably been pretty close to having the whole thing posted before the anger/depression set in. However, because I only have notes/outlines my mood is not productive when it comes to transforming those into actually stories. But I'm starting to feel less depressed so maybe if I can get back to feeling normal again (getting a job would greatly speed this up) I'll be able to stop being so critical of everything I write.

Review:
Love this story and can't wait to read more, please update
Comments from author:
I'm glad you love the story, and I am really hoping that with the new year I'll be able to finally get things going again. I'm actually feeling good about things at the moment, because while I still haven't gotten anything on this fanfic, I have actually managed to write a little bit, which is more then I've been able to do in months, so I'm hopeful this means whatever has been blocking me (for lack of a better phrase) will finally go away, and I'll be able to get all my stuff moving along again.

Review:
I have been reading this colection of your and only recently have made the acount, but I have to say that it´s really complete, so I will wait for next chapter, hopefully it will not take much longer. Only have a cuestion. Are you going to make a cros with twilight -yes, yes, hydeus I know, but you have to admit that it will make Spike all suicide-
Comments from author:
I'm terribly sorry in my delay of replying to your kind review - holiday's = busy time.

Anyway, as to crossing with "Twilight" it won't happen in "Consequences," while I admit that I've fallen even more behind then expected, I do at the very least have each parts crossing all ready decided.
(To help stem the dissappointment, you should know that I've never read any of the "Twilight" novels, and have only (at this point) watched the first movie. I do actually plan to at least watch all the "Twlight" movies, I just have no idea when that'll happen, so my knowledge of "Twilight" is very much incomplete.)

At this point, I can't say when I'll be able to update again - I do plan to try and do a little work on my stuff this week (the holiday stuff is mostly done, except for you know the holiday itself, but I can't say for sure that I'll be able to get any writing done), but being stalled as I have been, I have no idea whether or not I'll be able to work on anything, and if I can, I don't know which fanfic will unfreeze for me first.

Review:
I seriously don't know why I do this to myself. Hang onto every new chapter, that is. I should just stop reading altogether for a good few months and then come back so I can read in bulk because this whole cliffhanger thing is SO NOT fun. Cliffhangers are most definitely the bane of my existence. That and my coworkers, but that's another thing. I can't just give up though because I am your loyal reader. For one, it's the principle of the matter and two, I just can't give up. I HAVE to know what happens next as soon as it happens. It's so damned addicting. So I suppose I'll just have to deal with the cliffhangers and check regularly for updates and hope with much vigor that you'll post something soon. Please post something soon! This fic is taking leaps and bounds into all kinds of strange and it's so interesting! I'll be on the look out like always. Thanks for a different reading experience!
Comments from author:
Okay, first, I want to apologize for the delay in replying to your review. Shortly after my last update I got a bit distracted from my fanfics (by real life) and haven't been able to work on my stuff for the past couple weeks as I'd planned.

As for chapter cliffhangers, I do understand, and I often tell myself the same thing you have (that I'm not going to read the next chapter as soon as it goes up) but like you I usually always fail to keep that resolve.

As for updating, I can't say for sure, except that it will be just a little while longer, because I need to finish the rough draft of the chapter after the next before I can be sure that the next chapter has/does everything it needs. I've had that happen before, I'll post a chapter knowing something isn't quite right, and then have to go back after posting to add/edit the all ready posted chapter later. So, I've started trying to make sure I'm actually happy with a chapter before I post it so hopefully I won't have to go back and add/edit something in/out later.

The good news, is that if all goes well I should have plenty of time to work on my fanfics this coming week, so (again hopefully) I will get the next chapter of this one posted soon.

Review:
WOW just WOW.
Hard to believe that you turned Buffy and Xander into those things. Well it is different I will say that girl. Do hope though that they don't STAY that way too long. Well here's to another chapter soon.
Comments from author:
*grins* Well, as I told another reviewer, for several reasons I felt that it was important for Buffy and Xander to have a vampire experience that was as close to Spike's as possible without having them become canon BuffyVerse vampires.

Also, I will say that things will not always be as they are now, though I can't say a lot more than that without giving serious (series) spoilers away.

I am most glad that you decided to make this particular one happen. I'm always up for a good read and you always provide one! ^_^ I'm having lots of fun. This is definitely an original piece of work. I've gotten used to reading pretty much the same things over and over again. This is very refreshing and I hope Xander and Buffy come out of this not too different. I mean, different is awesome, but hopefully their personas stay somewhat in tact. I just love the Spike/Xander/Buffy dynamic! And I'm rambling, I'm sorry. In any case, I love this series and have stuck by it very faithfully from the very beginning and am most glad that I stumbled upon it such a long time ago. ^_^ Hopefully I'll see more from you soon~! Keep up the good work~!
Comments from author:
*blushes* *grins* Thank you for your kind comments.

As for Buffy and Xander, the good thing, if you can call it such a thing, is that from what I've observed (from the movies) the "Dusk Til Dawn" vampires do, for the most part, retain most of their original personality. Of course, Buffy and Xander as vampires will be different from Buffy and Xander as hero Slayer and hero side-kick, and so for a little while they (probably) aren't going to feel much like Buffy and Xander, nor will Xander (if I pull things off properly) read like Vander, though he should come off feeling closer to Vander (at least for a little while) then Xander.

The good news is that the next chapter is almost rough draft completed, so it shouldn't take me forever to get it ready (if, you know, all goes well). However, the chapters after the next one aren't even rough draft completed yet - I've got various scene's, but nothing near completed status.

Review:
I was thinking that because Buffy and Xander were Immortal, that the vampires would just keep them around as a handy blood supply until they managed to escape. I never expected them to get turned into the bat faced Dusk Til Dawn vampires. I hope there is some way for them to go back to normal. Well, normal for them anyway.
Comments from author:
*grins* Reading your review makes me almost want to drop some spoilers. Instead I'll do my best to remain all mysterious.

Actually, I will comment on one thing, cause it's not really spoilery. I did consider having Buffy and Xander immune to the vampire "virus" (for lack of a better phrase), but I just couldn't see the other vampires using Buffy and Xander as blood donors without that ultimately leading to the final death of Spike. Cause I can't see Spike standing back and letting that happen. *grins* Well, okay, fine during seasons 2, 3, and even some of 4 of "Buffy" I could see Spike doing just that. But after season five (but especially the events of this series) I just couldn't see Spike standing back and allowing other vampires to use Buffy and Xander that way.

Wellllll, okay, the above isn't the only reason I decided to make Buffy and Xander vampires, but those other reasons should become clear as the rest of the series unfolds, but all of it might not be completely known until almost the very end.

THIS is most definitely new! Dusk Till Dawn, huh? That's super rad, I gotta tell you. I wasn't expecting it and I'm actually kinda glad you decided to take up this particular crossing. It'll be a most interesting read. I'm sure we're all going to have a lot of fun reading. Can't wait~! Thanks for a great read so far~! ^_^ I'll be on the look out like always.
Comments from author:
*grins* The idea for this crossover came to me just after I had decided to expand this series beyond four parts, but even then it only happened after I watched one of the movies. So, out of all the parts this is the one that almost didn't happen. What's weird is that so far out of all the parts (except 1 thru 4) I've had the most fun with this one.

Thanks for reading and reviewing.

They are right. The bar, the BUILDING, is FULL of vampires! Will the other characters from the movie (Harvey Kietel, Quentin Tarrentino, and George Clooney) be there to help fight?
Comments from author:
Sadly, no. I decided early on that it would be best for the story itself if I didn't tie it to any of the movies, other then using the movieVerse itself, of course. But I did really love most (except for one or two) of the characters from the first movie, and would one day like to write a fic with them.

Oops, I lied just a tad, I will be using the vampire queen and the bartender from the movies, but none of the humans.
