Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Harry
*Starts humming theme from MASH* Its good to see Father MulCahey still in action after all these years. And with him realizing what is being asked. to fight the war against the Darkness, this is a call to arms that has to be answered!

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from LadyHatshepsut
A touching and wonderful story very well told.
I found another MASH xover where an elderly Hawkeye becoming house doctor when Xander and a slew of young slayers move in next door. That one has a feeling of camaraderie and action. This one leaves me with a feeling of peace. Thank you

Oh, my. This was excellent. I loved the good Father in the TV show when it was originally broadcast (dating myself here), and you seem to have him exactly.

This could be a standalone, but I'm glad to see you've got more planned. One thing, though- Father Mulcahey suffered damage to his hearing, and there didn't seem to be any sign of it here.

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from TwoBlackDragons
This seems to be based on the TV series rather than the books. In the books
Frank Mulcahy becomes a bishop of a Chinese province IIRC.
Three books were written by Richard Hooker, the original author: MASH, MASH Goes to Maine, and MASH Mania.
The ones co-authored by W.E. Butterworth were mainly written for laughs, the first one was MASH Goes to New Orleans, then it went a lot of other places.http://www.amazon.com/s?ie=UTF8&

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Snag
Har! Fun to see Mash in a fic again. Minor fan nitpick: Father Mulcahey was mostly deafened by a mortar in Goodbye, Farewell and Amen when trying to get some Chinese POW's to safety, but that's not a requisite for enjoyment of your story. I just mention in case you wanted to add in that particular facet of his character.
[Edit] I see another has mentioned, but I stand by my offering of information. For the Mash is strong in me. :)
Comments from author:
Apparently that was fixed in a short-lived spin-off (AfterMASH.) Who knew?

Review of chapter "Chapter One" from Cailleigh
I am glad to see that this may be more than a one-shot. This was a lovely, touching piece and I would love to see more. It was gentle, capturing the spirit of the scene, and I think it would give the Scoobies a peaceful place they could come and find spiritual refreshment - even if they follow a different god.
