Review of chapter "Chapter Five" from blackholelord
This crossover was not something I was expecting, but it turned out nice. Your story also reminded me of a TV series version of Beauty and the Beast, about group of non-humans or muted humans living under New York city and a normal girl falling for the Beast that looks very much like a lion man.

Review of chapter "Chapter Five" from Ironbear
Coolness. Have to go with the other reviewers who said that it's nice to see a SW/BtVS crossover that doesn't do the usual "character A dresses as Jedi B" crap.
Obviously, I like the X/C romance and dynamic, and it's hard for a story that includes that or centers around it to get on my bad side. There's just not enough X/C fic around. Finding a quality one is always great.
I really like the Underground, and the use of Rory as a character. I had forgotten until I was rereading this that this fic was a major player in mine and Caine's decision to expand upon the supernatural and demon communities in Sunnydale in the Night Watchmen series.
Nice job on having Cordelia react the way that she did to Xander's telling her there was an Underground and he was going there for a night on the town. Her matter of fact attitude and "Okay, let's go" was refreshing, and should go a long way toward setting Xander at ease.
I'm enjoying the Scoobie dynamics, as well as the fact that you went "road less traveled" and didn't go down the fanon cliche path of having Buffy go all "demon! must slay!" as soon as she saw non-human Xander.
Huh. Well... there really isn't any to this review. Sorry. ;)
I caught a few typos and homophone confusions here and there, but they weren't prevalent and they weren't intrusive. All in all, well written, has some nice turns of phrase, and is spelled properly. (And isn't it sad that the state of fanfic is such that "nothing was horribly misspelled" is noteworthy?)
Describing the Triannii as "lion like" several times was a bit jarring, but if I hadn't reread Han Solo at Star's End and The Han Solo Adventures relatively recently, I probably wouldn't even have caught that or had it jump out at me. Was my impression from the books that they were tigerish or pantherish, rather than lionlike.
Still, it's minor and it's not obtrusive.
I really love the Porn Is the Plot aspects (as one of my reviewers described it). It's like the Take Me & Stake Me 'verse, only in this case I get to be a reader instead of having to write the stuff. ;)
It's a bonus that the smut is hot, too.
Use of Whistler as an Exposition Fairy. Meh. Never have been fond of the trope of having Whistler pop in to play Exposition Man or as Deux Ex Machina. Still, here, I can see why it's needed and it makes sense in story context.
Never have been fond of the fanon of the PTB being more powerful than the various gods, especially a greater deity like Janus, and able to boss them around. Never have been endeared of the fanon of the PTB being connected to the Slayer or of the Slayers being "champions" of the PTB.
Still, they're in the indifferent column because they work in the context of the story, and they don't get in the way of my enjoyment of the fic. They're valid storytelling tropes, even if I don't always care for the way they're used.
On the plus side: I *really* liked your review comment to the effect that "Faith has more issues than Cosmo". I'm a gonna swipe that and use it in a fic somewhere. It's such a perfect Cordelia bit of dialogue. ;)

I love the Sunnydale underground, seems like the kind of place Clem would hang out at when he wanted a night on the town.

Just wanted to let you know that i've created a Bounty Hunter called Bar'Tal in the SWTOR game who is a Cathar, the closest thing to a Trianii in the game... :)

This was a wonderful story and a really nice halloween fic, the fact it is a x/c romance story makes it even better. I really enjoyed it and I hope you write a sequel to it which I just noted you have and I will be checking it out. (razial)

Review of chapter "Chapter Five" from Genericrandom
An awesome surprise. There I was, just looking for something random to read, and BAM! 100% pure awesome on a stick. Or with a tail, or something. And complete at that!
I liked the Jasmine angle. It was a good way to deal with it, I think. Certainly one I haven't seen before. It certainly explains the name of the series. I was trying to work that one out in my head when I noticed it around chapter two or so... good twist.
I also very much liked the way you handled the characters. Balancing both their good and their bad traits. I liked it. Keep up the great work.

Great story. Looking forward to see Xanders reaction when Oz becomes a werewolf. The who cat/dog thing could be a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next part of the series.

Um, wow. While I don't care much for the whole fur-fetish angle (although it's really too common on the interwebs to be shocking or offputting anymore), this fic is pretty damn awesome all around. It just begs for a sequel, though, one that I really hope you provide. Good stuff.

Review of chapter "Chapter Five" from DarthPayne
Just re-read the story for the nth time.
Hopefully we'll get to read the sequel soon, it would make one helluva christmas gift. :)
Edit: Hey, is this going to x-over with any other tv/movie series at a later time? An over used one would be SG-1. Perhaps one of Jasmines plots to get Cordy away from the PTBs send her, Xander and the kids through a portal to the planet Cimmeria? (Y'know, the 'Thors Hammer' episode? Where Teal'c ends up in the labyrinth with Jack and an Unas?)
There *REALLY* needed to be more non-human aliens in that series.
Too bad the SG-1 game was cancelled.

???? The End???? Hey, this is a good story, and as somone who usually doesn't like fluff, that's saying alot. Just needs something added to it to become great, like crossover with Stargate, Fringe, House, Leverage, or even CSI?
