Not too shabby... However, just for the record, $45 a month rent is pretty much a fantasy of epic proportions. That could work as a nightly rate, but in no way could it work for a monthly rent in reality.
I'm not trying to sound mean or bitchy (although I'm really great at being both), I just think it would be a good idea if you thought those types of things through before posting. Just a suggestion.

(All said nonchalantly) Yeah, I know it's off. I had looked up the cost of an apartment per month in Denali and it was, like, $800 a month. So, I thought that I could make it a "low-income apartments" kind of thing, and I just kind of made up a lower number. Plus Buffy/Twilight is under the fantasy (and teen) sections of bookstores, so it could be a fantasy number that wouldn't be a real price. My head kind of works funny like that.
