Oh boy. I guess this wasn't unexpected. With Tess gone, there had to be a third corner for the Jack/Alison triangle.
This was good. Short and to the point, but good and complete as well.

Lovely little story. I miss Dr. Stark. He was one of the best highly intelligent horse's asses on TV. And it was nice to see "Fred" using her knowledge for Good. Or did she? Lol! I'd love to read more stories set in this universe.

As much as I adored Stark I can't help but grumble about him being back because this means Carter and Allison will *never* get together. Sigh.
On a lighter note: Nice use of Illyria. I think she would make a very interesting addition to Eureka and I'm kinda hoping you have more bunnies where this one came from.
