I admit that the mention of Julian as a descendant of Xander is interesting. Sisko as a descendant is amusing though. The computer finding the Sunnydale sinkhole note is a nice touch to the correct universe. Thank you for that. So, tell us about the next piece please Thanks

Good story so far with an interesting start. Since one reviewer wants Worf killed and you don't know what to do with him how about having him turned by a vampire. That way you have new challenge for Buffy and the Scoobies to deal with, and can you imagine the chaos a Klingon vampire will cause.

yeah the idea has been raised between me and my beta and the idea is still very appealing, as for what was decided I will leave it a surprise but I am glad to hear you are enjoying it, more to come soon (razial)

OK now Xander thinks they are gov't lackies and that they could do all kinds of junk like the Inititive did. LOL Meanwhile they think that Xan and Cordie are nuts! Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

I don't normally mention typos in reviews, but this one caught my eye for obvious reasons. If you misspell "definitely" "definately" - and I only know this because that's how I used to think it was spelt - Word for some reason automatically assumes you meant "defiantly". Which just made me laugh, since it's a story about the crew of the Defiant.
Interesting idea, I'm looking forward to seeing where you take this =)

I think this is a very interesting beginning. I hope you continue as I think the crew of the Defiant are not in the Star Trek universe's past. Alternate history anyone? In fact, I wonder if Xander will recognize them as Starfleet crewmen from Star Trek. I also must tell you I laughed out loud when I read: "Not good," Sisko said with a sigh. "Why is it that whenever a Starfleet vessel ends up displaced in time, we always end up in the twentieth century?" he asked no one in particular. So true. Lol! > > I agree. Xander and the rest should recognize the basic tech and uniforms as being from a Star Trek universe that's fictional in their reality, but not know the crew of the Defiant.
As for the crew of the Defiant, they should see common elements of Xander's earth's tech as being far more advanced than the tech of their 20th century earth, such as the cellphone tech and the laptop and netbook tech and stuff like the 4 gig+micro sd memory cards.
While you're at it could do it in the nastiest way possible?
You know with bloody Worf body parts strewn over a 1-2 block area by oh, say a totally pissed-off demon?

A very nice and interesting idea and one I can't say I am completely against as I am not a big fan of Worf, but right now I am not too sure what to do with him, but I will keep your idea in mind. (Razial)

Okay, beaming to Earth is stupid. To Sunnydale really stupid. Please a bit more backstory to explain this points. Or at least tell me the facts that I missed. Because the Defiant can sure hack into our info/telecommunication and military satellites really easy. Hence no need to beam. Thanks
Comments from author:
except the captains own curiosity and while they are on the ground, the others are doing the hacking thing and why Sunnydale? Why not Sunnydale? Maybe the ensign liked the name? Maybe her hands were guided by higher powers, maybe just an odd random selection or......because the author wanted to......One question....do you always ask why when you watch a TV episode? Do you enjoy them then? (Hawklan)
This could be very intersting, while Deep Space nine is not my favorite Star Trek setting it is at least not the worst. My only real comlaint about the series usually is the fact that they are on a space station and thus 'not boldly going where no man has gone before', and he series got a bit boring. Played out way to much like a Soap Opera some times till the whole war kicked in.
Since the team is actually 'on mission' for once most of that problem should be fixed. I will admit I am slightly dissapointed that the pairings are locked as they are. As much as I like Xander/Cordelia and Jullian/Dax I do kind of feel it's a waste to have a cross over story and stick to mostly canon pairings.
Comments from author:
lol....some people are never happy it seems.....If Razial uses more extreme pairings ppl complain and if he does not again they complain.....*rofl*, but I hope you will still like the story. Usually Razial has some strange and funny ideas *g* (Hawklan)
