Still unclear on what happened to send Dawn to Coruscant, but the concept seems interesting, so I'll definitely keep an eye on this story for the future...

ADDENDUM: I understood that all those events you mention are the reasons Dawn's gone somewhere else, I just wondered if there was a particular reason she's on Coruscant now rather than anywhere else.

Sorry I'm over a month late, but great chapter! (lol) Poor Dawnie landing in one of the worst places imaginable. A freaking dumpster!!! Eww, how incredibly disgusting! *shudders* I feel dirty just reading it. (lol) Also with her being in a place that's so different than she's use to, it's probably going to be really hard for her to adjust :(

I am very curious as to what Dawn did to the "rat"? Or at least how she did it, especially without meaning to? What are her powers now? Possible Jedi maybe? Hmm...

she toasted the rat, i sort of think of it as a life-or-death reaction, and her manifestation of potential power. think avatar: last airbender chakras being released :D

she has some cool powers, very jedi-esque indeed. nothing too over the top though. You will find out more as Dawn herself does!

You continued well with how you are developing Dawn's character in the new world she has fallen into, literally. How you equated her suicide attempt with her disspearance in this world, was nicely done as well; the fact that her blood has mindnumbing amounts of power, especially for portals, didn't occur to her then.

thanks for the review! well, I figure suspicion and fearful anger would be pretty safe reactions from the Sunnydale crew to someone they weren't sure they even knew, especially after Buffy's tragic and untimely death.
