Review of chapter "Quirrellmort" from gryphkorval
Review:
Hrrm I was going to say a bit anti climatic... but then Dumbledore showed up and it was win, very nice ending to one of my all time favorite stories, as I mentioned in my review of Wand of Uru I truely enjoyed this story... repeatedly, that being said I await your next offering in this saga, whether here or as part of Uru with great expectation. Keep up the good work.

Review of chapter "Can You Handle the Truth?" from kalahari
Review:
I like your story very much. It kept me up very late last night, and I kept reading this Sunday.

On cats as food: here in Germany the euphemism is "Dachhase" (roof hare). I was told the English name is "tree hare". It is considered famine food by the older Generation, at least those who don't keep cats as pets. (Even than you really don't want to eat them before nearly anything else has been eaten (including the dogs), because you need them to keep away the rats.)

Regards

Review of chapter "Gryffindor vs. Slytherin" from draconis
Review:
Excellent last few chapters!

Hope we get more info on why Lara Ramsay was brought into picture. Character seems introduced kinda from out of left field.

The confrontation with Quirrell/Morty was much too short compared to all the lead-up to it. Was hoping for much more back-and-forth between Morty and Harry (although do I understand that Harry would likely want to conclude the fight ASAP because now he was facing Morty directly...instead of just Quirrell-puppet, still...a longer section would have been nice)

I'm curious...even though the soul-fragment was destroyed, will the rest of Morty know what transpired in this confrontation? (is there some mechanism by which experience/knowledge of 'fragments' is passed along to all the others?) So in the future will he know of this HIGHLY unusual display of magic by Harry, and the fact that Longbottom was kept from from appearing because Harry prevented it?

I'm also very much hoping that Harry (or Su or Hermione) will demand to know from Ddore why he arrived EXACTLY the moment Morty was being incinerated...or was he there for much of or even the entire time..."observing" (aka "not helping")?

Review of chapter "Quirrellmort" from waldo
Review:
love the way the story flows. I didn't realize what the italics was about until I started to read them the second time. Good move. I enjoyed the way you had me laughing at some of the silly stuff going on. Hope to see more soon

Review of chapter "Quirrellmort" from DofEire
Review:
On a scale from 1-10, I'd give you a series of 10s if the system allowed it: one for plot, one for execution, one for the introduction of 'Harry Plotter', and one for sheer bloody brilliant humor.

Well done once again.
Comments from author:
Heh, thanks. Wait till you see what I do next.

Review of chapter "Quirrellmort" from banner
Review:
Man, that combat scene with QuirrellMort is just as exciting the second time I read it. I love this rewrite of the series - you've taken all the canon events and changed them just enough to be fresh and new again.
Comments from author:
I'm working up something even better for the next time...

Review of chapter "Quirrellmort" from Gideon
Review:
Nice finishing spell by Harry, but that will really have raised some serious questions in Dumbledor's mind. His light side credentials should not be in question though since he has just killed a part of Voldmort's soul. Just his true identity, power level and everything else :) Unbreakable vows all around then?
I don't think Dumbledor will mind keeping a few more secrets to himself, but good luck to Harry getting anything in return.
If everyone does move into the Manor for quiditch camp that will put a serious cramp in the plans of Harry's parents and their significant others. maybe Lily and James can go on Holiday "together" for the duration?
Comments from author:
Well, it wouldn't be a stay-over camp. Day camp. So James and Sheena and Narcissa and Lily have to behave during the day (with the first two being at work, so it doesn't matter) but it doesn't matter at night cuz the kids go home to their own beds.

Review of chapter "Dinner, Deliberations, & Discovery" from ptbptb
Review:
Yeah, I've got to say that Harry is a right cold calculating bastard in this chapter.

Heaven forbid that he have _two_ mudblood friends, people might get the wrong idea about him.
Comments from author:
But as he points out, the political climate and the beliefs being passed on to certain children means that he's already going to end up having to defend Hermione from the world she's walking into (or so he thinks; turns out she doesn't really need that help but he doesn't know it at the time). He's trying to take advantage of what he learned the first time around to make his life better, so which would make his life easier and more pleasant: having to defend not only Hermione but another muggleborn friend from people like Malfoy and his ilk (not to mention even the passive condescension of people like the Weasleys and a number of other 'light' wizards) or a fellow half-blood or pureblood who could actually help split the load of watching out for Hermione and guiding her through her transition?

Review of chapter "Quirrellmort" from Letomo
Review:
I've also ripped through it in one day, very enjoyable! I did think of an explanation Harry could give, just before falling asleep - he's learning all his advanced things from his dreams! He comes across as a true oneiromancer, and that is what gives him the edge; he is learning things while awake and asleep.

Otherwise, I hope you continue it, it is enjoyable and fun!
