So details... I loved the way Xander was contacted! Because how should the government get wind of him if not by career day and the graduation blow up! Also I liked his option and your explanation why the NID did not contact him earlier, all very conclusive and interestingly written!
I loved the scene on the Buff, where Xander out-logiced everybody, that was really cool!

Great start! I enjoyed the way Xander managed to deal with his situation. It's also nice that Jack knows about the nightlife. You did a great job with all the characters and their voices. I'd love to see more of this story; I hope you have some updates in the works.
Hm... for a beginning of a story this is awesome! It's not like Xander is over reacting and I love how you portrayed Jack. Is a vamp going to try and munch on the nummy treat Spike said he was, or are they going to be to intimidated. Cause I gotta tell ya, if some guy/girl with uber sharp teeth tried to take a bite outta me, first reaction is to scream, then find something... explosive ~Shows peace sign and smiles goofily~ KittyDevil at your pyromaniac services!!
