I love this one, very sweet, if slightly depressing if taken wrong, but the ending is ohh so sweet. Come to think of it this probably the only Buffy/Walker cross I've seen; not counting the VERY short cross in a mega cross, aka "Calling Out the Clan" and a very sort bit in "the Trail of Frank Scully", if I remember rightly, which kinda sucks 'cause I could see the two worlds working pretty well together.

I certainly hope that the ending made up for the depressing portion of the fic. As much as I loved the Wandererverse, I agree that Walker should have gotten a larger crossover. Him and Buffy together would be phenomenal! Heck, I'm even willing to put them together as partners or family.

Thanks for the rec. I looked up Norris' height, just 'cause I was curious how much bigger he'd be, and he's actually 3 inches shorter than Angel. Not that it would change my mind about pairing him with Buffy. I just liked that they were closer in height.

I have to admit, that I am not much of a Walker fan. But, ANYONE who can heal his heart after Alex's death can't be all bad.

I love the idea of a couple that could beat the crap out of pretty much anyone else in the world. He handles the human baddies, and she takes care of the demon ones. Sorry to any Alex fans for killing her, but I didn't want to break her and Cordell up to 'ship him with Buffy. And I liked the idea of using Buffy to heal him.
