Pretty good story. A little disappointing that the crow and buffy ended up fighting, considering they're rather like kindred spirits in many ways. Although it was an interesting matchup I suppose. I wonder where this story is going next.

Glad you like it. As for the next stop there's a clue in the story. Mephisto makes a small reference of where to meet. His road. Now what road would a demon refer to as his? Hope that's enough of a clue.

I may have my differences with Metephisto, but there is one thing that Buffy said about him that is correct: He never just used her and dumped her like the PTB did. No, she signed the deal, and is working to pay it off. And if the Powers don't like her attitude, TOUGH! Its time that they got a shakeup and realized that they cannot keep manipulating people to do their dirty work!

Oddly, I can't help but think that except for the whole needs to own her own soul issue, Buffy would actually enjoy herself. First, she's on a road trip, which has to be mostly restful. Second, she gets to destroy the bad guys (and blow things up, though I suspect, if her "reason," hadn't been bound to give her the experience of being a rider, she'd probably be doing a lot less "obvious," destroying). Third, she gets to do something she's good at.

I also can't help, but think it's good for her to be on her own for a bit, in this semi-invincible state. She'll certainly be a more confident person when / if she encounters her friends. Heck, she may even have given up eating like a bird and be treating her slayer side with more respect.

Anyhow, I suppose the real point is that you managed to get me caught up in this idea of yours. Nicely done.

Well, the Charmed Ones now know or at least suspect that The Rider and Buffy are related in some way. Port Columbia does not ring any bells, but I think the next chapter will give me the answers that I need.

UH OH CHONGO! Seems that Buffy has got the Charmed Ones worried that she might NOT be Buffy, with her tossing Energy balls around. Time for her to find her foe, take him out, and MAYBE earn a few marks off the contract with Scratch.

Its not often that Demons and the Charmed Ones work together! Sounds like the Rider has irrated a few people on both sides of the aisle! Now Albrax had best hope that this time in the other dimension gives him the edge he needs, otherwise, its time to meet Scratch!

Mestistophelies is NOT in the habit of passing out respect to beings on the side of Light, so for him to give respect and admiration to Leo says something! Now, lets see how the sisters react when they find out why the Rider is hear. And maybe, JUST maybe, Buffy can channel Faith and get some leather clothing other than her Rider attire!

Now this chapter was FUN! Seeing Jarod and the rest of the Pretender gang was a treat. And Buffy getting the best of Ms. Parker? LOL! ROFL! Bring on Round two with those! And this time, SCARE Ms. Parker with the power of the Slayer Rider!

Well, Angel and his group tried to take out the Slayer Rider and failed. Now, its time that Buffy realizes that she may NEVER get out of this contract! She may end up as Dark, if not darker, than Faith was, working for the Mayor!

Somehow, I don't think Angel and Company can handle this Rider. Especially since this Rider used to be a Slayer! Now, lets get on with the tale, maybe have B take a trip down the dark side as she does more and more of Scratch's dirty work.

I remember a little bit of the show SHIELD. It was interesting. Now, to see what other malcreants that the Slayer Rider is going to have to go after.
