Review of chapter "Haven, Maine" from djhardim
Review:
Good. I'm a bit surprised they haven't received a visit from Charles Xavier.
Comments from author:
Ya you would think that he would notice a town like Haven. However the town does its best to cover it up, and as they're not mutants cerebo wouldn't be able to detect them, add in the fact that the powers only show up for a few years at 27 year intervals. It might make it harder to detect.

I think I know about next chapter. New York, paranormal experts. I'm guessing the Ghostbusters. Question is, the original Ghostbusters, or Ghostbusters Extreme. Well, it's either that or other marvel characters like Dr. Strange or something. Or maybe all of the above. New York is kinda a nexus point in multiple series.

I'm really enjoying reading about the Slayer Rider. Never watched Haven, never watched that rider movie. But you've made them interesting.
Thanks

Review of chapter "Haven, Maine" from Harry
Review:
Well, Haven got off very easy compared to what could have happened. And someone got a full fledged Penance Stare in this chapter. The other three weren't in need of it full on, but they were judged as well. Now, New York. That means, The Hulk, Shell Head, Cap, The Widow, SHIELD, X-Men, and possibly even Johnny Blaze! Bring on the FUN!
Comments from author:
I'm actually thinking that only one or two of those guesses will actually show up in this fic.

Review of chapter "Friendship Maine" from CageFire
Review:
Nice new chapter. Keep up the good work. :) A quick google and I'm guessing you're going to Haven next. I only saw like one or two episodes, so I might be lost.
Comments from author:
Glad you liked it, and I'll try. Maybe I can get some of this story done with. It's been hanging around way to long.
And yes Haven is the next stopover for the Rider. I'll try to explain things as the chapter goes so people don't get to lost.

Review of chapter "Friendship Maine" from (Recent Donor)SlayerandWereLeopard
Review:
LOL! Great update :) This was hilarious!
Though at first I thought the doc would try to exorcise the ghost rider out of Buffy.
Comments from author:
Glad you enjoyed it.

The doc would have tried to convince the Rider that it needed to move on rather than exorcism.

Review of chapter "Friendship Maine" from Harry

Now this one was GOOD! I mean, Casper and company was one of my first taste of the world of spooks, witches and the other stuff that goes bump in the night. And if you REALLY want to look for a interesting story involving the Addams family, there is a story here on Twisting where Xander becomes the husband of Wednesday. Check it out if you get a chance. Now, lets see who is the next one who gets a visit from the Slayer Rider!
Comments from author:
Glad you enjoyed this latest little chapter of mine. And I think most kids should start their intro to the supernatural off with Casper Scooby Doo and the old Micky mouse cartoon on hunting ghosts.

Honestly I was never a big Addams family person. Never would have watched the films if my little sister hadn't insisted on watching them. I just added that last bit in for amusement.

Review of chapter "San Antonio II" from Harry
Review:
Well, the Immortal that was causing problems has been dealt with, and Duncan has learned a bit about the Supernatural. As for the next person the Rider has to go after, I would suggest hitting New York City. Lots of headaches there to be dealt with.
Comments from author:
Eventually, I'm thinking that there will be a couple of spots before the Rider hits the big apple though. I'm thinking that it will be a big surprise as well.

Review:
really a great story.

Still think that one way or another Buffy will find out a loophole where she can end her contract earlier than he want to end it. I still think that his promises were dubious. So I can't wait when she is gone repeat the conversation in her heat and discover his cheating.

She is much smarter than she shows and I think Scratch underestimate that part of her. Not completely but just enough.

again great writing, good story.

Review of chapter "Prologue" from bradsan
Review:
Before I'm gone read the other chapters. Something isn't right. He told Buffy that her mom will come just fine from the hospital and that he would guide the hand of the doctors doing the surgery. Then he says she wouldn't dye when she will come out of the hospital

Buffy's mom is dead. Now he is saying it's not his fold the doctors missed a piece. He guided them sooo to me there is the loophole. He promised that she would come out fine from the hospital but technically she didn't. He left a piece behind. A promise is a promise and he didn't fulfill that part of the contract/promise. Even when he said the second time that her mom wouldn't die in the hospital, the first will also count. Now it's who is gone win that argument because he made up three crucial statements and two of them could unbind the contract. If they have good arguments that is.

Well if she want too that is maybe this for the best and loophole or not. Being away will be good for her and the others.

Now I'm gone read the other parts of the story.

Review of chapter "666" from DieselDriver
Review:
Wooeee! You're bringing back old old memories. I was 16 and my family had a 1969 Ford Motorhome with a 390 and my dad, mom, grandmother, and a couple of brothers and sisters were all going to Colorado from Southern California. We went up route 666 and camped there and saw one of the most gorgeous sunrises ever. Heh. Going north up to Wolfe Creek Pass later it was raining, turning to sleet and construction was going on. We followed an earthmover that would lose traction with the rear wheels every so often and watching a 60 ton vehicle waggle it's back end in front of you was a "interesting" feeling. Especially since I was driving, the engine wasn't running right and my dad was in his datsun pickup taking some of the weight off it. We made it over the top to see a LOT of snow and it was the middle of July.

Looking forward to reading more of your stuff but it is upsetting my brain every time I find a mistake in grammar or a missing word. I know it's easy to do but proofreaders, at least 2 or even 3 is best since each one will spot something the others miss. If you have a grammar checker in your word processor maybe check to see if it's on? You don't have to make the changes but at least it helps to find the places that might be wrong. Hope that helps. The story has been really good so far and I'm looking forward to more.

Thanks for posting.

Review of chapter "Shield III" from DieselDriver
Review:
Ok, that's kind of weird. I never watched the movie so I am not familiar with the "rider" character. It's an interesting read but there are a lot of apparently missing words and grammar errors that break the narrative for me. I'd suggest finding a proofreader if you can or more than one since the more the merrier. Definitely going to keep reading though. Clean up those errors and you'd have a really good story here.

Review of chapter "San Antonio I" from (Current Donor)Sulien
Review:
This is most definitely an interesting bit of darkness and I'm really interested in seeing how all of this turns out for Buffy in the long run. In the short term, I'm really looking forward to Buffy's interactions with the Walker and Highlander folks, particularly Methos. Ain't no way, no how that Buffy's the first Slayer he's ever run into. *grins*

Thanks muchly for the story!

Review of chapter "Pretender-Interlude" from (Current Donor)Sulien
Review:
A truly fascinating premise you've got here! The scene at the end of "Fool For Love" when Spike asks Buffy if there is anything he can do to help just sets this whole gig up PERFECTLY. All of the expressions crossing Buffy's face tell the whole story of exactly what she'd be willing to do in order to help her mother and making a deal with Mephistopheles is not at all a stretch. Brilliant!

As for the Pretender chapter, I love the idea of Buffy running into Jarod and hope she does again some time.

Thank you for sharing this story!

Hmm, after rereading this, it seems as if I've missed an update. Oh well. This is still a great fic and I really hope to see more on it soon, no offense meant, and thanks for writing this, and goodbye for now.
